All our staff makes the same flat rate of pay no matter the job we charge $15 an hour, however with auto detailing there are different prices not by the hour they are as follows Full basket Detail (inside and out, shampoo, engine clean, wash, wax and buff) is $165 flat rate just inside shampoo, vacume stain removal and cleaning is $65 flat rate. plowing is priced based on the driveway space ect. We also sand and salt for an additional $10 .
